Weight loss 123 Diet

Before I had a child my weight was always around 45kg. Since having my son, my weight seems to be stuck at 62kg and just wont budge!  I tried to exercise more, I stopped eating bad food, I tried eating less, I even tried skipping meals; but nothing seem to help.  I’ve tried many other diet products but they didn’t help.
